Jo and Chris's Wedding at Tylney Hall, Hampshire

As a Hampshire Wedding Photographer I am always delighted when I’m asked to photograph a wedding at Tylney Hall. It is one of the most splendid venues in the North Hampshire area. Previously a school, it’s set in beautiful grounds and a wedding photographer is truly spoilt for choice. As with so many of the weddings I’ve shot this year, the threat of rain was ever-present, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of the bride and groom. With their two boys in tow they set out to ensure they were going to have a spectacular wedding day, regardless of what the heavens threw  at them.

Jo and her bridesmaids got ready in the bridal suite and were soon joined by their two boys. There’s a lovely staircase at Tylney Hall which is always a nice spot for a photo of the bride in the window light. I always try bag one of these before the ceremony, especially when the dress is as gorgeous as Jo’s. When she made her way up the aisle, neither her or Chris could shake off their radiant smiles for each other.

The day progressed with some fine food from the Tylney Hall chefs and hilarious yet emotional speeches from Chris and his brother, the Best Man. As with all good weddings, the loaded sweet corner ensured the kids had plenty of energy to see the evening through and dance the night away to the music provided by DJ David Lopez!
